In between hosting an incredible group of women in Bali for my Feminine Power Retreat in May, it’s been a busy few months with some wonderful podcast conversations an in-person workshop experiences. Here are some highlights!

You know when you could just talk for hours? Well that’s the conversation I just had with the incredible duo Joshua Rubens CEO and Founder of Empyrean and Tom Leyden CIO at Longview!

Josh and Tom lead with a super informative industry update on impacts of AI on Google’s bottom line and a predicted growth of PCs as AI transforms these devices as well as other great information (this is why I always tune in for and it always blows my mind
).
We then get right into our discussion about what makes change successful in IT projects and large scale tranformations. We discuss how to predict turning points, how to build real collaboration and buy in and how straight talk is what underpins true psychological safety. Thanks to Josh and Tom for inviting them on the conversation, it was way too much fun so would love to do it again any time 
Certifying Coaches in 6 Team Conditions at Cockatoo Island
🌟 Recently, I had the incredible opportunity to co-facilitate a 2-day course with my colleague Sean Irvine for seven amazing practitioners. Together, they achieved Level 2 Advanced Practitioner Certification in Team Coaching with at 6 Team Conditions.
🌟 The room was filled with a wealth of experience, generously and curiously shared in a spirit of openness and collegiality. We laughed a lot, had moments of vulnerability, and created a bonded team with high trust. The group even adopted a pet name for themselves – the “21 Club” – and celebrated each other with lots of clapping out moments, thanks Cliff!!🙌🙌
